This piece of work was based around that familiar plant, the foxglove. It might look innocuous but all parts are extremely poisonous. Amazing though that chemicals taken from it are used to make a prescription drug called Digitalis which is used to treat heart failure and fluid build up in the body. These scenarios constantly remind me about the complex relationship between us and nature, and how this relationship can be beautiful, cruel and at times puzzling.
